We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the restaurant’s operations, developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all standards of excellence are met.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry with strong leadership capabilities. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be organized and efficient, and have a good understanding of financial management principles.

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, providing strategic direction to staff members, overseeing customer service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring sales performance, managing budgets and expenses, maintaining accurate records, and managing personnel.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor sales performance and adjust plans accordingly
• Manage budgets and expenses while maximizing profits
• Hire staff members as needed while maintaining high standards of excellence
• Create schedules for employees based on business needs
• Ensure quality control by monitoring orders placed in the kitchen/bar area
• Maintain detailed records such as inventory logs and customer feedback surveys

Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry • Strong leadership capabilities • Excellent communication skills • Organized & efficient • Good understanding of financial management principles • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED for this position. We are open to considering foreign candidates with relevant qualifications and experience.
