We are looking for a professional and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have impeccable customer service skills, great organizational abilities, and excellent problem-solving capacities. The successful applicant will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage a team of employees effectively.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of restaurant management experience. They must also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, plus an enthusiastic attitude for working in hospitality or food service. In addition, they must possess strong practical knowledge of food safety regulations as well as food preparation techniques. A degree or diploma in restaurant management is considered an advantage but not essential.

The successful applicant will benefit from a competitive salary package of 1000 per month plus additional benefits such as medical insurance and annual leaves. We are open to consider an immigrant with relevant qualifications and experience.

The Restaurant Manager’s job duties include but not limited to supervising daily operations, managing the staff team, delivering customer service excellence, training staff on operational procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, creating innovative ideas for menu items and promotional activities, liaising with suppliers for stock ordering and cost control, developing strategies for increasing revenue generation and maintaining updated financial records including costs & sales analysis reports. This position requires someone who can plan ahead while remaining flexible enough to adjust quickly to changing needs within the restaurant environment.
