Needs for the Candidate
The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. An advanced degree or experience working in the field is preferred. The ideal candidate must also be highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues. They must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction from senior staff members while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations
• Collaborating with other engineers and construction professionals on project designs
• Overseeing project implementation during all phases of development
• Conducting tests on materials used during construction projects
