Civil Engineer in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. They should have a strong understanding of project management, cost control, and engineering principles. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience working on civil engineering projects. They must be able to read and interpret plans and blueprints, understand construction documents like contracts and drawings, and be able to work with surveying instruments.

The job requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong problem solving and analytical skills. A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who can demonstrate their ability to work in the country legally.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage all aspects of civil engineering projects including preparing tender documents, obtaining approvals from local authorities, supervising contractors on-site, providing technical advice on design aspects and ensuring that construction works are completed within budgeted costings and timelines.
