Job Requirements:
-At least 3 years of light driving experience in Jeddah or other parts of Saudi Arabia.
-Valid driver's license, with no traffic violations or accidents on record.
-Ability to follow instructions precisely and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management team members.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask as needed during peak hours of operation.
-Good knowledge of Jeddah roads, streets, and landmarks preferred but not required.
-Ability to work flexible hours as needed by the company’s operations schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays etc., when required. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position as well as citizens of Saudi Arabia.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Provide safe and reliable transportation services for customers in accordance with company policies at all times while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in Jeddah or other cities within Saudi Arabia when required by the company’s operations schedule or special customer requests . -Ensure that vehicles are regularly maintained according to company standards by performing regular inspections before each shift starts . -Maintain contact with dispatch personnel via radio or telephone during trips when necessary . -Provide courteous customer service at all times by responding promptly to customer inquiries about routes, timelines, fares etc . -Keep accurate records such as vehicle maintenance logs, mileage logs etc., in accordance with company policies . -Submit passengers’ complaints/requests promptly to dispatch personnel or management team when necessary . -Complete daily trip reports accurately before submitting it at the end of each shift .
