We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Jeddah! The successful candidate will be tasked with providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests dining in our restaurant receive the highest level of service.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable personality, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. They should also have an understanding of different food and beverage items and be able to accurately take orders.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide seating arrangements
• Take orders accurately and deliver them promptly to the kitchen staff
• Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience by answering any inquiries they may have
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of quality and hospitality
• Clear tables quickly and efficiently during busy periods
• Maintain a clean work area at all times
• Work with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of operations within the restaurant.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training will be considered an asset
• Ability to remain professional, friendly and courteous at all times, even during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with an eye for detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards; HACCP certification is an advantage
