The Salesman’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by attracting new customers and developing relationships with existing customers. This includes identifying customer needs, demonstrating product features, negotiating prices, completing sales transactions, providing quality customer service, and responding promptly to customer inquiries.

The successful applicant must possess excellent planning and organizational skills in order to ensure that all tasks are completed on time. They must also be knowledgeable about the products or services being sold in order to provide accurate information when asked. Finally, they should remain up-to-date on industry trends so that they can identify opportunities for growth within their role.
