Job Description:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in the restaurant. They must be able to create new drinks and suggest drinks to customers based on their preferences. The Bartender must be able to differentiate between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as understand the ingredients in each drink they are making. They must have a good knowledge of the menu and should be able to explain it to customers if necessary. Additionally, they should maintain a clean workspace and stock shelves with liquor, beer, wine, beverages and other items as needed.

Working Hours:
The Bartender will work an average of 40 hours per week. This will include nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Working hours may vary depending on the season or special events that take place at the restaurant.

Job Requirements:
• Must have prior experience working as a bartender in a restaurant setting
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Should have good knowledge of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Must possess good organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Should be able to work without supervision
• Should be friendly, outgoing and professional in demeanor
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when necessary
