Requirements for the Candidate
• A degree in Pharmacy with at least two years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of drugs, their composition, effect and usage
• Ability to provide patient counseling on the proper use of drugs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends when required
• Eligible for work permit in Dubai (for non-residents)
