Supervisor Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a hard-working, responsible and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1300. We are open to considering applicants from outside of the United Arab Emirates and those with no prior experience.

Job Description
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are carried out effectively and efficiently. This includes managing personnel, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, setting deadlines, resolving conflicts and implementing new procedures as needed. The Supervisor will also be required to monitor budgeting and financial operations within the company and report any discrepancies or irregularities to upper management.

Demands for the Candidate
We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, has strong problem-solving skills and is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English as well as being competent in using Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with personnel management is beneficial but not essential.

Additional Qualifications
We would prefer candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent field however this is not essential if relevant work experience can be provided. A valid driver's license would also be an advantage due to the need for regular travel between our offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
