Mason Job in Doha
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Mason to join our team in Doha. This position is responsible for ensuring that all masonry, brick and block construction is done accurately and in accordance with standards. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner. The Mason will also be required to take safety and building codes into consideration when completing projects.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare material and site for masonry work
• Lay bricks, blocks, stone and other masonry materials to construct walls, steps, foundations, partitions or other structures
• Cut bricks or blocks to size using hand or power tools
• Fill joints between bricks or stones with mortar
• Seal walls and damp proof courses as required
• Clean up worksites after each project is complete
• Ensure that all materials used meet quality standards
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Mason or Bricklayer
• Thorough knowledge of laying bricks, concrete blocks, stone and other masonry materials according to pattern specifications
• Ability to read architectural plans and drawings
• Good understanding of the building codes related to masonry work
• Excellent physical condition and strength with the ability to lift heavy materials (brick, cement etc.)
• Attention to detail when carrying out tasks
