Business Manager – Doha
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen with the ability to manage projects, resources and teams in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop business strategies that will enable us to exceed our goals.

Job Description
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations in Doha. This includes project management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. The Business Manager will collaborate with senior management to develop short and long-term strategies for achieving our objectives, as well as analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that we are meeting our targets. Additionally, the Business Manager will work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure that all areas of operations are aligned with the overall strategy of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects within Doha
• Develop and implement plans for optimising operations
• Monitor KPIs such as budget control, customer retention and market share
• Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop strategies for increasing revenue growth
• Oversee daily operations including customer service, staff management, inventory control and scheduling
• Identify new opportunities in existing markets or new markets
• Collaborate effectively with other departments within the organisation

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Proven experience as a Business Manager at least three years required
• Proven track record of meeting goals and objectives required
• Knowledge of project management principles required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written required
• Ability to analyse data & make informed decisions based on results required
