Waiter - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have some work experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, as well as excellent customer service skills. We are open to considering immigrant candidates.

The successful Waiter should possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of one year of experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions;
• Professionalism in all aspects of their work;
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations;
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

As a Waiter at our establishment, you will be responsible for serving customers, taking orders, preparing drinks, cleaning tables and counters, clearing dishes, and stocking supplies. You will be expected to greet customers warmly when they enter the establishment, answer questions about menu items and specials of the day, explain menu items when needed, provide suggestions when asked, process payments quickly and accurately, clear tables efficiently at the end of each shift, restock supplies when necessary (e.g., utensils), keep your workspace clean throughout the shift, provide assistance with setting up events (e.g., birthdays), etc. In addition to providing excellent customer service skills while interacting with customers directly in front-of-house operations (e.g., greeting customers warmly when they enter the establishment), you will also need to pay attention to details while performing back-of-house operations (e.g., cleaning dishes).
