We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from conceptualization to completion. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 and is open to immigrants.

As a Project Manager, you will be required to plan, oversee, and lead various projects in order to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be expected to coordinate activities with other departments, manage project resources, and monitor progress towards goals. You must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects
• Establish timelines and milestones for each project
• Monitor progress of each project against milestones
• Report regularly on the status of projects
• Negotiate and manage third party contracts as required
• Prepare budgets for each project
• Monitor expenses against budgets
• Liaise with internal departments regarding resources required for each project
• Identify risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies  to reduce or eliminate them
• Handle customer inquiries related to assigned projects

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field    
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role    
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks    
  • Excellent organizational skills    
  • Excellent problem solving skills    
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word)    
  • Working knowledge of project management software or methods such as Agile is preferred    
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
