Office Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and performing general clerical duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Operating office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, etc.
• Maintaining filing systems and ordering supplies when necessary
• Performing data entry tasks such as entering customer information into databases
• Preparing correspondence, reports, memos, invoices and other documents when needed
• Providing assistance with other office duties as requested.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years of office experience. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy are essential. A successful candidate must also be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position with the salary of 1300 per month.
