We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for their craft to expand their career and join a dynamic and growing organization.

This position offers a competitive salary of AED 1100 per month plus other benefits such as health insurance, paid holidays and travel opportunities.

As the Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing surveys of land areas to determine boundaries, topography and other features of the land. You will also be expected to record legal descriptions of land tracts; calculate area, acreage and other measurements; prepare maps; use GPS technology; research records; and provide advice on land issues. In addition, you will also be responsible for keeping accurate records on all survey activities as well as adhering to safety guidelines while performing your duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and have a good understanding of surveying principles and techniques. You should also have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic so that you can effectively communicate with various personnel during surveys as well as writing reports following surveys. In order to be successful in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, be detail oriented, have the ability to work independently or as part of a team and be able to think quickly while adjusting plans accordingly when needed.

A Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field is preferred but not required; however, experience in surveying is necessary for this role. Additionally, knowledge of surveying tools such as GPS systems is highly desired but not required. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license and must be willing to travel throughout Khawr Fakkan when needed.
