Surveyor Job in Khawr Fakkan

We are looking for a motivated and reliable surveyor to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month and we are willing to consider foreigners for the role.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a surveyor or in a similar role
• Expert knowledge of surveying methods, tools, and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Description:
The Surveyor will be responsible for providing field surveying services to clients. This includes collecting data on land boundaries and other features of the land as well as preparing maps and drawings that accurately reflect the surveyed area. The Surveyor will also need to interpret aerial photographs, satellite images, and other forms of data in order to create comprehensive plans. The Surveyor must possess an understanding of the legal principles related to land surveys such as property lines and boundary disputes in order to provide accurate results.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating all field surveys such as boundary surveys, topography surveys, etc.
• Setting up markers at established points according to industry standards
• Utilizing GPS systems along with other traditional surveying techniques
• Collecting data points on site both horizontally and vertically
• Calculating angles between points for topographical maps
• Interpreting aerial photographs, satellite images, and other forms of data
• Preparing detailed maps or plans that accurately depict the surveyed area
• Examining existing deeds, titles, plats, legal descriptions or other records
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in surveying technology
