Sales Manager in El-Fujairah, UAE


El-Fujairah is a beautiful city in the United Arab Emirates, located on the Gulf of Oman. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help us increase our sales and market presence.

The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with clients. They should also be highly organized and possess strong problem-solving skills. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved.

Essential duties include:
• Developing sales strategies to increase market presence, maximize profits, and improve customer satisfaction
• Training and managing a team of Sales Representatives
• Analyzing data to identify trends in customer preferences
• Negotiating with clients
• Representing the company at industry events
• Creating reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and competitor activities
• Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably working in El-Fujairah or a Middle Eastern country. The salary is 1600 AED per month, but we are open to considering foreign applicants as well as locals.
