We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, engaging customers and overseeing the sales team.

The Sales Manager will be expected to develop sales strategies, create and maintain customer relationships, analyze market trends, identify new opportunities for growth and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales operation. They will also be responsible for setting goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback to staff and ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered promptly.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with experience in developing successful sales strategies. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others. Experience in working with customers is essential as is a sound understanding of market trends. A proven track record in achieving targets is preferred but not mandatory.

This position offers an attractive salary of 1200 AED per month plus benefits and is open to foreign nationals with minimal work experience.
