We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience working as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant and will take responsibility for providing superior customer service and hospitality.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about food and providing outstanding customer service, must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. This position requires someone who can remain calm and professional under pressure, has an eye for detail, is customer-oriented, has excellent problem solving skills and can work well in a team environment.

The successful candidate should be able to:
• Greet guests upon arrival
• Provide accurate advice on menu items
• Take food orders accurately
• Handle payments quickly and efficiently
• Ensure all dishes are prepared as per instructions
• Keep the restaurant clean at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient service
• Maintain proper table setting according to established standards
