Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chef to join our team in Jabal Ali. This individual will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and preparing meals of the highest quality. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, health and safety standards, and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must have experience working in a professional kitchen environment. They should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team. A strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations is essential. Additionally, it is preferred that candidates have a degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field, however this is not essential.

The successful candidate will be required to manage the restaurant kitchen staff by providing guidance when necessary. They must be able to create menus that take into account customer preferences as well as budgetary restrictions. An eye for detail when plating dishes and ensuring presentation meets high standards is also required. The chef should be able to maintain thorough records of ingredients, equipment maintenance, stock levels, etc., to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant kitchen.

We are open to considering foreign candidates; however they must demonstrate their ability to work legally within Dubai during the recruitment process. The salary offered for this role is 1300 AED per month and will be reviewed after completion of a probationary period.
