We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate must have excellent understanding of electricity, wiring and electrical components, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and identify problems.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and take initiative when needed. They must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.

Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years working experience as an Electrician in a commercial setting
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Excellent working knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 kg) and climb ladders/scaffolding when necessary
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Responsibilities:
• Install wiring, equipment, appliances and fixtures according to project specifications using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers and switches
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems such as cleaning contacts and testing voltage levels
• Test malfunctioning machinery in order to identify root cause of issue
• Repair or replace faulty wiring, switches, outlets or other components using hand tools or soldering iron

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position which involves working 8 hours a day from Sunday through Thursday. A salary of 1500 AED is offered for this role with room for negotiation depending on experience.
