Barista in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for making high quality drinks.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They must maintain the highest standards of hygiene, product quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a café or similar environment, good knowledge of coffee blends, and a friendly and professional attitude towards customers.

The successful applicant must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A valid passport is essential if you are not an Emirati citizen.

Responsibilities include:

- Prepare hot and cold beverages such as espresso drinks, tea, smoothies and frappes

- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to recipe specifications

- Provide excellent customer service at all times

- Keep the work area clean and tidy at all times

- Follow all health & safety regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista is essential

- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Passionate about coffee blends with excellent knowledge of coffee varieties

- Ability to multitask whilst maintaining accuracy and quality of product served

- Professional attitude towards customers with excellent customer service skills

- Valid passport if not an Emirati citizen
