Barista in Khawr Fakkan, UAE


We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks and other beverages to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, as well as responding to customer inquiries and requests.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for coffee. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience as a Barista would be an asset but is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, etc., according to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area at all times
- Ensure all beverages are prepared with the highest quality standards
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments or complaints
- Provide excellent customer service experience in accordance with company policies
- Maintain stock of supplies needed for daily operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of operating espresso machines and other related equipment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
