We are looking for a Barista to join our team in El-Ain. This role requires the successful candidate to be passionate about making and serving coffee and tea beverages of the highest quality, as well as providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of different types of coffee, tea and specialty beverages. The candidate should also possess good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Preparing, brewing and serving beverages to customers according to their unique orders with precision and consistency
• Creating latte art designs in each beverage
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with established policies
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
• Upselling additional products when appropriate
• Ensuring that all transactions are accurate while counting money during shift changeovers
• Working effectively as part of a team by supporting other staff members when necessary.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be customer-service focused, organized and detail-oriented along with being able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. A minimum of one year experience working as a Barista is required for this position. Salary is 1800 AED per month plus benefits depending on experience. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.
