Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and other properties to determine their boundaries, as well as document any changes that have been made. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 AED/month. We are open to considering foreign candidates with no prior experience.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong mathematical abilities, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail. They should also be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. In addition, they must possess a valid driver's license in order to travel to survey locations.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
• At least one year of experience in land surveying
• Knowledge of surveying principles and laws
• Proficiency with survey-specific technology such as Total Station, GPS equipment etc.
• Ability to interpret survey maps, aerial photographs and satellite imagery
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem solving skills

Responsibilities
• Conduct survey fieldwork using GPS equipment and other tools
• Interpret survey data and maps
• Create legal descriptions of surveyed land
• Analyze data collected from surveys
• Prepare reports based on surveyed information
