We are looking for a capable and committed Truck Driver to join our growing team. This position will require the successful candidate to transport goods from point A to point B in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have an excellent driving record and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

Job Description:
The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating a heavy-duty truck safely to transport goods from one location to another. They will need to plan their route in advance and follow directions as required in order to ensure timely delivery of goods. The Truck Driver must have a valid driver’s license, as well as knowledge of traffic laws and regulations regarding the safe operation of vehicles. They will be expected to inspect their vehicle before each trip, check the cargo for accuracy, and maintain the truck in clean working order.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no suspensions or revocations within the past five years;
• Must have knowledge of traffic laws and regulations; must be familiar with local routes;
• Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs; must be able to work long shifts or overnight shifts;
• Ability to think on their feet and respond decisively in emergency situations; good communication skills; strong problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills; professional demeanor at all times; reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
