We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing electrical systems or components. You must have a strong understanding of electricity, electronics, and their application in order to create efficient solutions.

Job Description:
As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems or components. You will carry out research and development activities to develop new electrical systems or products. Additionally, you will design experiments to test the feasibility of new products or optimize existing products. This role requires you to work closely with other engineering disciplines in order to ensure that all requirements are met.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain electrical systems or components
• Analyze technical data related to electrical engineering projects in order to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Research new technologies related to electrical engineering in order to propose new products or improve existing ones
• Develop strategies for reducing energy consumption within the organization as well as identifying potential sources of energy savings
• Participate in meetings with technical staffs from different departments in order to discuss project requirements
• Develop plans and schedules for completing projects on time while adhering to quality standards
• Monitor changes within the industry related to electrical engineering regulations, standards and trends
• Analyze feedback from customers regarding existing products in order to identify potential areas of improvements

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer • Knowledge of electricity regulations and safety standards
• Strong problem solving skills as well as ability to think analytically • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management • Proficiency with computer software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB etc.
