The ideal applicant should have excellent design skills as well as a solid understanding of the principles of design, typography, layout, and color theory. They should possess strong communication skills in order to work collaboratively with other teams and articulate their ideas clearly. Furthermore, the individual should be able to think outside the box to develop creative concepts that stand out against the competition.
