We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for leading the HR department in all aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with current employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of the legal requirements related to employee relations and the UAE labor laws. They should also be able to build relationships with employees, create policies that support organizational goals and values, and ensure that appropriate training is provided when necessary. Additionally, they should be well-versed in recruitment best practices, payroll administration, and employee benefits programs. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills as well as strong organizational skills.
