We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of best practices and legal regulations related to compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, and training.
The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. They must have exceptional problem-solving skills and be a great team player. As an HR Manager in Abu-Dhabi you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and reviews, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits and legal compliance. This role requires excellent problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to develop relationships both internally and externally. You will need to be able to think strategically while also providing day-to-day guidance on employee issues.
