We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. The Restaurant Manager must possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation including staff management, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, inventory management, safety and sanitation standards compliance, customer service delivery and employee training. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant; implement company policies/procedures and provide leadership/direction to staff
• Monitor staff performance and ensure that employees receive appropriate training; maintain accurate records/reports
• Ensure compliance with all health/safety regulations; maintain a clean/orderly work environment
• Analyze operational issues related to financial performance; investigate complaints or problems related to food quality or customer service
• Develop menu ideas/specials; create promotional materials; negotiate contracts with vendors
• Supervise hiring/training of new staff; monitor labor costs; manage payroll budgeting
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality products are delivered on time in line with budget expectations

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory role • Working knowledge of food safety regulations • Excellent written/verbal communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Professional certification is a plus
