Restaurant Manager at Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position is open to both local and foreign candidates.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, providing customer service and resolving any customer complaints or feedback. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Supervise staff performance and motivate them towards achieving goals
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor cash registers and credit card transactions
• Manage inventory tracking systems
• Develop effective marketing plans to increase sales
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position. • Good knowledge of restaurant management best practices. • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word & MS Outlook). • Excellent organizational skills. • Outstanding leadership abilities. • Good communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
