Restaurant Manager Position

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-end restaurant and ensuring that customer satisfaction is met at all times.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting. They must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service processes and standards. Furthermore, the successful candidate should have an outstanding ability to motivate staff and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be friendly and approachable with customers, while also being able to make decisions efficiently and effectively. You must have strong organizational and problem solving skills, as well as being capable of working independently or with others when needed. You must also display excellent leadership qualities and be willing to take initiative when required.
