We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee all security operations for our organization in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled individual looking to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, premises, and assets. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, dealing with incidents, creating reports and training staff.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years' experience in a security management role. You must also have a valid security guard license or equivalent qualification. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will be dealing with a wide range of people on a daily basis.

In this job, you will:
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures and protocols
• Monitor personnel access control systems
• Prepare incident reports
• Investigate incidents or reports of suspicious behavior
• Respond promptly to emergency situations
• Train staff on security procedures
• Supervise the activities of external contractors or other personnel providing security services
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
