The Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating work activities of other staff members, monitoring their performance and providing guidance and direction when needed. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically when making decisions and have the ability to motivate others within the team. They must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to ensure effective communication between all levels of staff.
