We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is open to both local and international candidates with or without prior experience.

The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be a motivated self-starter, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies to increase market share and grow the business, identifying new customer segments, as well as establishing relationships with potential customers. The Sales Manager will also manage the sales team and will be responsible for monitoring their sales activities, setting individual goals and providing feedback on performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to think quickly on their feet in order to identify opportunities for improvement across all areas of the business. They should also possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively present complex information in an understandable way.
