Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the daily housekeeping activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage a team of housekeepers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and ensure compliance
• Train, motivate, supervise and evaluate housekeepers
• Monitor guest feedback to maintain quality standards
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas regularly
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and order replacements when needed
• Keep records of expenses, maintenance activities, etc.
• Prepare reports related to housekeeping duties

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment would be an advantage but not essential as we are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience
• Good command of English language
• Very good organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent customer service skills

Salary: 1200 AED per month
