Requirements:
- Proven experience operating excavators in a construction or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and sketches related to construction projects
- Excellent physical stamina and coordination
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to operating excavators

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate excavators on job sites according to safety protocols and regulations
- Read and interpret plans, diagrams, sketches, drawings, blueprints, etc., related to construction projects in order to properly use the excavator equipment
- Move controls of the machine back and forth to move the arm up/down or side/side
- Position bucket at different angles so that it can break down materials or pick up materials accordingly
- Monitor gauges, dials, indicator lights, etc., on the machine panel board in order to ensure safe operation of the equipment
