We are looking for a Florist in Al-Kuwait to join our team with the primary responsibility of creating beautiful floral arrangements. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers and an eye for detail and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

The successful applicant will need to have an understanding of a variety of flower varieties and the ability to design creative arrangements that meet customer expectations. A florist must also be able to take customer orders, select the appropriate flowers, and assemble attractive bouquets according to customer specifications.

To be considered for this position, you must possess excellent communication skills and have experience working with flowers or in a related field. A valid work permit is also required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Designing floral arrangements according to customer specifications
• Selecting the appropriate flowers and other components needed for each arrangement
• Presenting options to customers based on their requests
• Following proper health and safety protocols when handling flowers
• Processing payments for orders
• Maintaining records of orders and customer preferences
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and stocked with supplies

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Designing custom-made bouquets using fresh or artificial flowers • Understanding customers’ needs when selecting materials for their orders • Preparing floral arrangements according to customers’ requests • Keeping up with industry trends by reading flower magazines, researching online sources, etc. • Following proper health codes when handling products • Meeting tight deadlines while ensuring quality standards are met • Building relationships with suppliers in order to acquire fresh materials at competitive prices • Assisting customers with questions regarding flower care or bouquet designs
