Teacher Job in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Teacher to join our team in Dubai. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing quality instruction to students by creating lesson plans, delivering lectures and assessing student progress. You will also be expected to create a supportive learning environment and assist with extra-curricular activities.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• Ability to create engaging lessons and activities
• Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques
• Passion for teaching and helping students reach their goals
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work with diverse groups of students from various backgrounds

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching classes both online and in-person, creating lesson plans, grading assignments and tests, providing feedback on student progress, staying current on educational trends and best practices, organizing extra-curricular activities, planning field trips and attending professional development seminars. Additionally, the teacher must maintain classroom discipline while keeping up with school regulations. The teacher must also maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians by responding promptly to emails or phone calls.
