Petroleum Engineer in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related field, and at least three years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safe and effective operations of all activities related to oil and gas production within the organization. The incumbent will be required to analyze data from production systems, identify areas of improvement and develop plans for optimization. The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of drilling and well completion processes, reservoir engineering principles, production operations software (e.g., Prosper/GAP), and industry regulations related to safety and environmental protection. Additionally, they should have experience in designing offshore platforms and pipelines as well as familiarity with production optimization processes such as well testing, artificial lift design and optimization, waterflooding processes etc.

This position offers an attractive salary package of 900 per month plus benefits. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role who demonstrate the right fit for the job description outlined above.
