Electrician Job in Doha

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in electrical work and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
The Electrician will be expected to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment while ensuring safety standards are met. They must assess existing electrical systems, circuits and components to identify potential dangers or repairs needed. The Electrician must be able to read blueprints or technical diagrams, follow state and local building regulations when installing or repairing electrical wiring and equipment. In addition, they must also diagnose malfunctioning systems, components or other issues related to electricity by using a variety of testing devices.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in electrician work as well as the following qualifications:
• A valid license/certification from a recognized body is required
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to electricians
• Ability to read blueprints/technical diagrams
• Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment and techniques used for electricians
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills


Duties:
The Electricians main duties include the following:
• Installing new wiring systems for power outlets as well as other fixtures such as switches and circuit breakers
• Inspecting current wiring systems for faults or potential hazards according to safety regulations
• Repairing existing wiring systems that have become faulty due to wear or damage over time
• Diagnosing malfunctions in electrical components such as wiring, switches etc. by using testing devices
• Assessing project requirements before beginning installation and repairs
