Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in working as a chef in reputable restaurants or hotels. A culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not required. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have good communication skills, be able to handle pressure and be punctual at all times.

Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the chef will be to prepare meals according to recipes, while ensuring that all dishes are cooked correctly and presented beautifully on time. He/she will be responsible for ordering ingredients and managing inventory levels in order to ensure that food costs are kept low and quality is maintained high. Additionally, the chef will need to train kitchen staff on food safety regulations as well as proper techniques in cooking, presentation and sanitation.
