Job duties and responsibilities:
-Greet customers warmly, identify their needs and provide them with suitable solutions
-Listen attentively to customer inquiries and respond accurately with product knowledge and helpful advice
-Advise customers on product features, benefits, uses, prices and availability
-Assist customers in selecting the right products or services that meet their needs
-Accurately process customer transactions using the point of sale (POS) system
-Follow up on orders or inquiries that have not been immediately resolved
-Ensure the store's shelves are stocked with merchandise at all times
-Provide exceptional customer service by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations
-Maintain a positive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements for the position:
• Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required. We are willing to train newcomers with the right attitude • Good communication skills • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to build relationships with customers • Proven ability to close sales • Proficient in using a POS system
