Excavator Operator

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Excavator Operator based in Doha. We are looking for an individual who is motivated and qualified to join our team with a salary of 1000. We are open to considering a foreign candidate for this position.

The Excavator Operator role involves operating and maneuvering heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and other machines to move earth, dig trenches, and grade land. They are responsible for following safety protocols and operating procedures in order to ensure the safety of workers, equipment, and the environment. The successful operator will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an excavator operator
• Ability to read technical documents (blueprints)
• Familiarity with routine maintenance requirements of the machinery
• Good knowledge of safety regulations
• Great physical strength and stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all machinery is in good working condition before use
• Operating machinery efficiently according to given instructions
• Inspecting equipment before each shift
• Performing preventive maintenance on the machine when necessary
• Examining terrain to assess its suitability for excavation
• Operating controls located on the panel or handle of the machine • Moving levers and pedals to control attachments such as blades, buckets, scrapers, hoes etc. • Working in shifts to complete projects within deadlines
