Looking for a passionate and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry in the U.A.E or a comparable country.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary team in creating delicious, high-quality dishes and providing exemplary service to our guests and customers. The position requires the ability to plan, organize and direct all aspects of food production, as well as developing innovative menus and presentation concepts. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for managing the daily operations of their kitchen staff including training, scheduling, budgeting and disciplinary actions where necessary.

Requirements for Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an Executive Chef in a high-end hospitality setting
• Proven leadership capabilities including excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation methods, kitchen hygiene practices, health & safety regulations and nutrition standards
• Expertise with menu development and cost control measures
• A strong understanding of various cuisines from around the world
