We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall kitchen operations and creating high-quality dishes.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a five-star hotel or similar setting. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, has excellent communication and organizational skills, is creative and can work well under pressure.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning and development, ensuring proper food preparation and presentation, controlling food costs, leading the kitchen staff and managing food inventory. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of international cuisine, as well as cost-effective kitchen management techniques.

The successful applicant should have an understanding of health & safety regulations in the kitchen environment, as well as excellent customer service skills. This position offers a generous salary of 1500 USD per month. We are open to consider foreign applicants if they have the necessary qualifications and experience.
