The Sommelier role in Dubai is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to join an outstanding team. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment and be part of a vibrant hospitality industry.

The Sommelier will be responsible for creating and managing an exquisite selection of wines in order to create an exceptional wine experience for customers. They will need to possess excellent knowledge of international wines, as well as an understanding of local taste preferences. The successful candidate will be able to provide guidance on food and wine pairings, recommend wines that match the customer's palate and budget, and ensure that all wines are stored correctly.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when required. A diploma or certification from a recognised wine school is beneficial but not essential. Fluency in English is also required, as well as experience dealing with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
