We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional to lead a fast-paced and dynamic establishment.

The successful candidate will have a real passion for hospitality, customer service and food, with a proven track record of success in the industry. They should also have prior managerial experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team in order to consistently deliver outstanding service.

The Restaurant Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to; overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, recruiting, training and managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, developing strategies and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction levels and revenue, managing budgets, overseeing stock management systems and creating marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an eye for detail. They must be driven, creative and energetic with excellent problem-solving skills. The Restaurant Manager should also possess the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all customer needs are met within set deadlines.

This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary of 1300 AED per month plus other benefits such as accommodation allowance or medical insurance (if applicable). We are open to considering applicants from abroad.
